Lynn Hagen
Classically trained at the California Culinary Academy, Chef Lynn Hagen
went on to enhance her skills at the Auberge du Soleil in the Napa Valley.
From this experience, she ventured to San Francisco where she became
Chef de Cusine at the Portman Hotel.
Talented And Respected
In the course of her travels, Chef Hagen eventually returned to the St.
Helena area where she worked under the esteemed Chef Fred Halpert at
the Brava Terrace. Her talent soon earned her the respect of many other
prominent chefs and wineries in the Napa Valley.
Owner And Chef
Following her move from Napa Valley, Chef Hagen became a resident of
Graeagle and worked as the chef of a prominent mountain lodge. Then in
June 1995, she opened the doors to her own establishment—Grizzly
Grill, where she can be found proudly preparing her innovative cuisine
for both the Grill and Mountain Cuisine.
